Scrolls’ gameplay revolves around the battle between two players that use summoned creatures and warriors positioned on the battleground's hexagonal grid, and act out the different effects of your scrolls.
Furthermore, Scrolls manages to provide you with an interesting gameplay due to the fact that each creature has a countdown timer and the attacking process is automated. When the time expires, the summoned warriors will automatically attack their opponents, so that strategy before sheer numbers or force is required in order to succeed.
To make things even more fun, Scrolls comes with five engaging game modes namely Tutorial, Trials, Quick matches, Challenge matches, and Ranked matches. Noteworthy is that Scrolls offers you the possibility to create your own decks that, hopefully, will perfectly suit your strategy and style of play.
One of Scrolls' best features is the fact that you can buy new scrolls with the money you get by winning matches, sell scrolls, as well as completing other in-game tasks. You can also buy new scrolls with the help of shards (in-game currency) that can be acquired with real money (5$ for 600 shards), or you can sell your scrolls to other players with the help of the ingame market.
With good color combinations, simple yet nice to look at background sceneries, and cartoon-like battle graphics, the game's looks do a great job of keeping your interested.
Moreover, the soundtrack and the presentation for each scroll, spell, and warrior, immerse the player even more in the fantastic world of Scrolls, and make up for a pleasant and entertaining experience.
Taking all things into consideration, Scrolls proves to be an engaging and interesting merge between a collectible card game and a turn based game that offers a well crafted gaming experience with the help of a well-thought-out gameplay, an easy to use marketplace and trading system, avatar customization, and overall nice-looking graphics.

TL;DR version: as a first option, I suggest you get my premade wrappers: Gehn, The Open Cave, Minkata (direct links); you shouldn’t need to do more than get an account on the respective shards (see below for the links). I have also one for Uru: CC, but of course you will need to provide your own Windows installer.
