There are times when you want to hide all of your private photos from prying eyes on your Mac. Luckily, you now can hide those private photos and access them in a special Hidden photos album on your Mac. These hidden pictures will be contained and separate from your regular album views.

Steps to hide pictures in Photos for Mac
Step one: First and foremost, you need to open Photos app on your Mac and look for the pictures you wish to hide from the regular Photos album
Step two: Once you are done, you are now supposed to right-click on the picture you wish to hide and click Hide Photo to proceed
Step three: Next up, you will be prompted to confirm that you want to hide that photo. This will remove the photo from the general photo album views
You can repeat the process if you want to hide multiple pictures. You can also use the shortcut combination Command+clicking on each photo to bring up the “Hide Photo” menu
Once you are done, your picture will be removed from the general photo views in the Photos app for Mac, but you can still locate it in the Hidden photos album on your Mac
